Our Story

Lyte was started from a personal need I kept running into in everyday life. Sitting in the office all day, I was never great at maintaining proper hydration, and I could feel the effects in my energy, focus, and overall well-being. The same thing happened on long runs, where I often felt dehydrated and realized how hard it was to stay ahead of it in a consistent, convenient way. On top of that, during long drinking weekends, I wanted a better way to maintain some level of health and recovery instead of just accepting that I would feel terrible afterward.

With my background as an engineer and builder, I saw an opportunity to create something more modern, intentional, and easy to use than traditional hydration products. That idea became Lyte — a brand built around making hydration and recovery simpler, more effective, and better suited for real life.
